Nuts are high calories and they contain the good kinds of fat for you.
Bananas have at least 100 cal in them.
If you eat lean chicken they have little fat and tons of protein, but good amount of calories too.
Make yourself a smoothie and add some protein poweder to it to add extra calories.

Pastas especially wheat pastas with some good low fat sauces unless you need the fat then go with alfredo sauces.

instant breakfast with 2% milk twice a day if your trying to gain weight but dont want too much fat. also swiss cheese and luna bars.
