Several things help at different times. Gingerale, ginger snap cookies, unsweetened lemonade (unless acid reflux is a concern), saltine crackers, unsweetened applesauce, broth and the occasional sugar cookie.

Do yo have anything with peppermint in it like tea or candy? You could also try drinking weak tea, flat Sprite, or Gatorade. There are anti-nausea medications at the pharmacy you can take. If nothing is working call your doctor and see if you can get a prescription for an anti nausea medication. I hate being nauseous! If nothing is working when I have a stomach ache then I will just curl up into a ball with a heating pad and sleep as long as I can until it's gone. I hope you find something to help and that yo are feeling better soon. :)

Ginger. Pure ginger is best, but any form you can get it in will work. Asian food stores sell ginger tea, usually in powder form, that you just mix with hot water. Or you can buy ginger root. Peel it first, then let it steep in boiling water for a few minutes before drinking it.
There is a company called The Ginger People that makes ginger candy, chewies and hard candies called Gingins. They are a bit on the spicy side, so you may want to add these to tea as well. If you can't get your hands on any of these you can always get plain old ginger ale. Ginger beer would be better though if your supermarket sells it as it contains real ginger.(most do)

If you know it's a common stomach ache, not anything more serious, try having homemade chicken soup with potatoes twice a day. Put some lemon juice in it, don't eat too much of the chicken meat, drink the soup and eat the potatoes. Take care.

You don’t need to exercise for long periods of time. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results in the event you work hard. Get a passing up rope, skip for two minutes, do push ups for about a minute, skip for two minutes, rest for just one minute. Then change the push as much as something else like sit ups and also do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a rapid, effective workout that will get better results than a long function or swim.

I'm a medical researcher. It is widely agreed among physicians and medical paraprofessionals, that initial diagnosis, mostly by using a typical acid reflux symptoms questionnaire, is necessary to ensure the most effective and quick treatment for this condition. Approx 70% of the acid reflux diagnostics that are based on the presence of typical symptoms are accurate. Since acid reflux, also called GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease), can cause patients a great deal of discomfort and result in severe complications, it is highly important to know how to identify its symptoms in order to quickly diagnose and treat it.

If you know you have acid reflux you can try this natural program http://acidreflux.toptips.org

I've always had success pinching the section of skin between the thumb and index finger. It's accunpuncture. It sounds hokey, but it has always worked for me.

Just pinch / hold the area (either hand) and apply gentle pressure. It'll take a minute or two, but I've never had it fail.
