I was going to say the same thing. Any time I feel anxious, I read a book which changes your train of thought. Therefore, you are no longer feeling anxious but actually enjoying a good story.

Go to a quiet space and BREATHE. Try to meditate away your anxiety. If that fails, take a brisk walk...this will bring up your heart rate and release some endorphins that will make you feel good!

These are a few things that work for me. Most of all, try not to take out your "Anxiousness" on others. They may not understand and take it the wrong way.

Good Luck.

Relaxation exercises are often prescribed for anxiety. Try deep breathing while visualizing yourself in the place that makes you feel the happiest. Another good exercise technique is to contract and relax your muscles progressively. Start with your face and work all the way down to your toes. Contract and then relax your jaw, then your neck etc...

I get that way all the time. Maybe go work out. I know that doesn't work for me. Do you have meds? Maybe just write your thoughts down on a piece of paper. Or if it's towards someone in particular, write them a letter saying everything you hate about them and like about them. AND everything possible.. THEN.. throw it away (where no one can find it)!! It does help! Or IM me and talk about it!

The best thing for me is to breath in for a count of 8, hold it for a count of 8, and exhale for a count of 8. Works awesome and you can do it anywhere.

Drink a lot of water... read a book... chill out. Stay out of the heat. Don't consume too much sugar or caffeine.
