THE LABEL ADVISES NO MORE THAT 2-3 (8.5 OR 16 OZ.) PER DAY. I CAN TELL YOU THAT ONCE YOU START DRINKING THEM...THEY'RE LIKE CRACK. THE MORE YOU CONSUME - THE MORE IT TAKES TO GET THE 'SAME' EFFECT LATER. PLUS, THEY'RE NOT THE CHEAPEST DRINKS TO PURCHASE (HERE THEY RUN OVER 2 DOLLARS PER). THEY ARE GOOD AND DO WORK WELL...BUT DRINK IN MODERATION!

Zero is correct! Many of the energy drinks are extremely high in sugar, caffiene and taurine. All of which can cause health issues. Too much sugar can cause Type II Diabetes! Caffiene over stresses your adrenals and too much Taurine is not good for your either.

Take a look at what's in these things. They are full of caffeine and a lot of other crap. If I were you I'd stay away from these. If you really feel run down see your Doctor for a check up and advice
