Its like a surging of emotions, then you'll literally feel a fountain erupt inside, which is your orgasm. There's no real description, because it is different things for different people.
Trust me, if you had one you would know it. It has an involuntary reaction associated with it just as sneezing and hiccuping does. You will not be able to suppress it and confuse it with something else.
