None,
It depends why you are anemic.

Usually you can assume that you can be treated and that almost always leads to full recovery.

You may have a deficiency in iron. Try going to your nearest Natural Health Store and pick up some iron, or Hawthorn Berry. Hawthorn Berry will get more oxygen in your blood, which could help with your anemia.

what kind?....im b-12 and iron deficient...i have a blood transfusion about once every two years...it can be controlled with proper diet however mine has progressed to the point that i actually can no longer absorb the proper amount needed even with prescriptions...ive also had an iron infusion....it can be fatal and i have knocked on that door so the only thing that saved me was a transfusion...trust me its not fun....even though its not necessarily painful the side affects are a b**th to deal with....im constantly cold and/or tired, i look pale and i crave ice constantly...good luck if this is your condition i hope the best for you as i wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy

i think it is excellent, you can have a full recovery.
some people are more prone to it and might get it again.
but it is very treatable & curable if not caused by some other disease.
