This recipe was my mother's and she taught me to make them. My sons and their families always request these eggs for all family get-together dinners.
6 large hard-boiled eggs
salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons Miracle Whip or mayonnaise (I prefer Miracle Whip)
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
paprika
Peel shells off cooled hard-boiled eggs and slice into halves lengthwise.
Remove yolks from whites and put into small round bowl and mash yolks with a fork into fine pieces.
Add 2 heaping Tbsp Miracle Whip, 1 tsp yellow mustard, 2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish, and salt& black pepper to taste.
Stir mixture until creamy.
Spoon mixture into a zip-locked sandwich bag, seal bag and snip off one corner of bag.
Squeeze mixture out of corner of bag into white egg halves.
Sprinkle tops of filled deviled eggs with paprika.
Chill in refrigerator 1-2 hours or until cold before serving.

Well, I looked at everybody else's recipe and nobody makes deviled eggs the same. Hard boil ever how many eggs you want. Add a little vinegar to the water and it will make them easier to peel. Once you get them peeled and washed off, cut them in half lengthwise. Put the yolks in a mid-sized bowl. Use a fork and mash the yolks up very fine. Add salt and pepper next and mix well. I don't measure anything, so here comes the kicker. Put a small amount of apple cider vinegar, a squirt of prepared mustard, and some Miracle Whip in with the mashed yolks, mixing well. If it's not creamy enough, add a small amount of vinegar, a small amount of mustard, and more Miracle Whip. The mixture needs to be really creamy. Taste it to check it out. Tangy-sweet-good? Then it's a deviled egg filling. Use a teaspoon and just scoop up some of the mixture and put it in the eggs til all are filled. Sprinkle Paprika on each one. Enjoy. I hope this helps.

You perform satanic rites over chickens... (while they're sleeping of course) because I hear chickens are very, very religious and it's really hard to get a deviled egg any other way.
I had to... you almost begged for it!
Deviled eggs are hard boiled eggs cut in half take the yoke out put it in a bowl and mix in mayo and relish (if you like that sort of thing?) and then put the disgusting mess into a piping bag and squirt it back into the half egg. When you're done, sprinkle paprika over the top and that is why they are called deviled... because paprika is red. You can also put hot sauce into the mix... some people refer to the heat as the deviled part too...

Boil and peel the eggs. Cut them in half. Remove the yolk into a bowl. There are many recipes to make the actual mixture but, if you want them hot, mix mayo, pickle relish, a little sugar and Tabasco sauce. Mix until smooth. For that pro look put the mixture into a cookie shooter with a swirl tip and fill the half's with it. Sprinkle paprika on top. Enjoy.
