That is simple man... Use your own body weight! Do push ups, pullups, tricep dips, ab crunches. Keep active... jog, swim. You can even do squats on your own. You can do as many of these as you like while seeing similar results. It will be harder cause you won't have all the self discipline... but if you do then thats just great. Good luck!

I may be in trouble for this, I sincerely don't want this to be offensive or cheuvanistic or anything of the like. Based on your icon, I see you are a male, and this just works, so if people are too prude to see anything but the moralist issue with this, then hopefully they can just ignore this and get on with their lives happily ever after and all that. Masturebate, three times a day or more - it doesn't matter if you don't feel like it, in fact it's better that way, because it'll take longer and that makes it a longer "workout." Why it works: most people don't realize it but when doing weight lifting or cardio, at least half of the calories they burn are not because of straining or evern muscle activity, but because of increased respiration and heart beating and other physiological things that happen when the body is put through stress. These all happen (heavy breathing, heart beating, and other reactions) when sexually active. Unless you've got someone else with the same problem and a thing for you, you are the only one there all the time to make these things happen. If you really can't get the time to do anything else (which I find suspect; I work out 6 times a week and am very interested in fitness, that's why I'm a part time personal trainer and full time bodybuilder,) then do this. All the people that think this is a rediculous joke, you'll get your biggest laugh here, yuck it up. Basically, being consistent is the biggest problem and getting rid of the carbs of fat, plus do some push ups and other things like the others are telling you. Doing this for ten-15 minutes four times a day will get rid of a lot of carbs (and love handels), noticibly build up arm strength (chill moralists) and keep the cardiovascular system, respiritory system and endocrine system on it's toes. Plus, it's not a disagreeable task; most males in their learning years (college and the like), do this occasionally anyway, and would be more likely to do this even when not initially "in the mood" than "go to the gym" as you put it, when not in that mood... It works, it's not steroids or anything else that will hurt you, it's more fun for the average person (not me - I love working out, but I'm wierd like that), it's cost/time effective, it relieves other stress, and it's a good story to tell you guy buddies about - hey, check it out, my workout rocks. Unless you're embarrassed - you shouldn't be, this is not something you would be doing normally because of some obsession; you're upping the volume for health purposes. Take it seriously, I swear that it works and have told others to do so and believe me, they thanked me. Ladies and male moralists, I hope there is no offence by this advice, I'm not trying to insult - this is for real.

How much time do you have then? If you have 15 minutes then yes, you can do a full body workout in circuit fashion (where you do consecutive sets without rest). I would do four exercises in that case, but you would need a bench and a barbell which are relatively cheap. I would do squats, upright row, deadlift, and bench press. Those four exercises work compound muscle groups giving you more potential for muscle growth. Be sure to rest a day after.

If you do not have any weights try 3 sets of pushups, 3 sets of body weight squats, a 2 sets of calf raises of of as many as you can do.

If you have stairs near you try running up and down those for your cardio (15 mins), and get some hand weights from target for the strength.

The other 15 mins do the strength. Squats and lunges for legs while holding the weights. Curls and over the head triceps extensions for arms. Shoulder press, and flys for chest/shoulders. Then finish up with some crunches.

If that gets boring get a workout DVD for Tae Bo from Best Buy.

Good Luck. Don't forget to stretch after the blood is flowing.

yo go get a 5 pound weight and do wrist curls (if you dont know what that is then look it up on the internit) do it about 3 times a set. 3 sets and 40 each time it will build your forearm the lower part of the arm.

At the bare min. I would make time to run/jog daily, maybe do some crunches, leg lifts, push ups... basic calisthenics to stay in shape. Plus working out will keep your mind fresh for study. You will retain more info and feel better overall if you keep working out.

Well cardio is probably all you will have time for. Running, or if that takes up too much time I would google some good ab exercises.
