I received the same call earlier this morning. I answered and a male voice was on the other line. Sounded like a recording. It said that I had a Telegram. If I wanted to hear it press 1 if I wanted it mailed to me press 2. I pressed 2 and the voice replied, "Ok. The Telegram will be mailed to you." I was disconnected. When I tried to call back to get more information, I got a busy signal. After I researched, I found that a lot of people have gotten calls from this number. Each time they say something different.

If you are getting harrassing phone calls, call your local police department or state trooper's office and report the phone number. If you have a record of how many times they have called, such as on caller ID or your answering machine, save that as you may be required to show proof of how many times you're being called. If it is a telemarketer, you can request to have your phone number put on a "do not call" list. Contact your local government office to find out more. You also have the option of changing your number, but we all know what a hassle that can be. Best of luck.

This is most likely a telemarketer or collection agency, the telephone number that they are calling from does not accept incoming calls more than likely the number they are calling from is different from the number that appears on your caller id.

What zzhoundzz said, only it's busy because most call centers can only call out, not in. So everytime you call, you get the busy signal.

Most likely a tele-marketer.Some1 trying to sell you something. They are busy when you call back because they are calling others after you. Just my guess.

it's either a telemarketer or a fax machine that is accidently calling you. either ignore it adn it will eventually stop, or keep trying to call it back to see if someone answers.
