There could be a few reasons for this:

1) Your workouts may not be intense enough. I am not sure what your workout plan is, but they could be yielding minimal results.

2) You are recording your diet, right? What's your calorie totals / expenditures for the day look like? If you aren't, use http://www.fitday.com (it's free) and make your log public, so I can look at it.

3) You gained muscle and lost fat. Did you get a body fat assessment? It could be you are losing flab and putting on muscle, hence no weight change. This would be a good thing.

4) By not eating enough, you've stifled your metabolism and your body is in starvation mode -- hence hanging on to the weight. Shoot for 500 less calories per day than you burn... once again, fitday will help you.

For me to say exactly what you are doing wrong, I'd have to take a look at your activities / food intake. If you set up a journal on fitday, send the link to me and I can take a looksy.

Good luck.

Since diet and exercise don't seem to be helping, I don't think what you have is just normal fat. I think your problem may be related to something such as stress or low self esteem. You should probably try going to a doctor to see if you can get perscriptions to help you loose the weight. I wouldn't suggest over the counter medicines because they are not always trustworthy. If you are really overweight, then you must go for professional help. You need to fix this problem before it gets worse or you could be putting your body at risk for harmful diseases. Don't worry though, if you arent' obese. Good luck!

not eating doesn't help . FAT is the last thing in your body that will break down even if you were to starve yourself. Eat a lot of proteins. no carbs. Lots of water. Walk daily, don't overstress your body and keep this routine. Don't give up and don't expect a miracle over night. keep doing what you're doing.
