I ate some milk and it gave me the hershey squirts. What can I sue to stop it?

First of all, if milk is think enough to eat instead of drink, don't put it in your mouth. Throw it away!

Second, the best thing is Imodium, Pepto Bismol, or some generic version thereof.

you could sue the cow, or the dairy it works for but I'm not so sure that would actually stop the problem... What are you gonna get from a cow??? Oh I know... Sue it for a leather jacket and scare the **** out it, instead... That will teach these damn cows to be causing lactose intolerance. I wonder if there is a coalition for the intolerance of lactose? The LAACP? LMAO Besides, I don't know any good livestock lawyers to refer you to and I hear they're all out of Texas anyway and they're probably biased considering.

You can't unless you can prove that it was the milk that caused them and not something else such as food, stress, health, etc. Good luck and enjoy your squirts.

Actually I think you meant what can you "use" to stop it. A cork might work, but I would try Pepto Bismol.

hmmm well if the milk was so rotten that you ate it rather then drank it... you should have taken note of the rottenness before it touched your lips.
Besides milk is for calfs no wonder you cant handle it.
