How do I open a .EPS file in a MS-OFFICE application?

You can't. You need to have an image program that will allow you to open that format like Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, CorelPaint, etc.

There are hundres of programs out there that you can buy. You can usually download one to try befor you buy it. Once you open the eps file you can change the format to a jpg or some other format that windows does allow you to open.
