Can you think of a better place to find all the answers to any problem you are facing today? Do you think you are the first one to ever have what ever difficultuies you are having? Ever heard of learning from other people's mistakes? Or do you just want ot make them all yourself? How about trying to read the Bible? You might just like some of the things you read. Just an idea.
Oh, and by the way, yes, "we people" do read other things but if it's answers we want we know where to go!

YES and they should. I do read when I have time. I have been told that the Bible is the greatest book in the world and there are more copies of the Bible published and sold in the world than any other book.

NO. they dont read the bible. they are told about the BIble. a person should never sayrephrase anything from the Bible unless they memorize it and have it explained in the first place. and also, citation is helpful for those who care. Have some respect for ur religions.

Usually people who have to resort to "The Bible says..." just can't think of anything on their own. My personal thoughts: yes, there is some good stuff in there, ie. don't kill people, but the Bible shouldn't be used for stuff that it wasn't originally intended, like science or politics. It wasn't written for that purpose and using the Bible like that just flaunts stupidity and ignorance about Christianity in general.

Well let me remind you that you are in Religion and Spirituality section of this site, so you arent going to see alot of people discussing Steven King books or Cosmo. Finally, who are you to tell anyone what to and what not to read? People are allowed to read and discuss what they want. Perhaps you should research parts of the bible that talk about judgment.
