I use this example because i saw Shock tv a few weeks ago and a man married a horse angry ppl. so calm down, is a horse consenting to marriage? the guy married the horse anyways, that was apparently his sexual preference. And furthermore they are one and the same in that u Cannot reproduce human life from either acts, or am i missing something? now i will here the whole, artifical insemination arguement again, i'm sure, go for it ppl i'm ready for your bull sh*t :)

Yes, first off two rational human beings can find a meaningful deeper understanding with one another. A human and horse cannot. You may be "friends" with a dog or a cat, but would you put that friendship on the same level as with your best friend?
Second two people can consent to a sex act between themselves, a horse may not. Animal sexuality is based on a desire to reproduce while human intimacy are based on both sexuality and a need emotional connection. A horse cannot speak nor understand the consequences of sex, therefore bestiality unlike homosexuality is a non-consensual act.
Finally marriage is a partnership of equals, when you marry someone (supposedly) you are entering into a contract of duality, both people giving equally to become more than their individual selves, a horse and a man will never be equal partners.
Also your argument for reproduction as being the sole basis of a marriage is flawed, what about two people who cannot have children, or do not want them? should they be separated? What about a violent criminal man and a retarded woman should they be allowed to marry because they can produce children?

Your question is valid. However, there is a major difference between homosexuality and bestiality.

A man can talk to a man, just as a woman can talk to a man. There is room for dialog, personal interaction and the opportunity to get to know someone on a deep level.

Christians typically think that homosexuality is only about the sex. It's not. It's about personal connection. It's about attraction. It's about love. Sex is a part of that, but it's not *all* that homosexuality is about. Really, the only difference between homosexuality and heterosexuality is that we require a bit of help to make a baby. But we find that help. And we bring children into homes that are in many cases more protective, less destructive, more loving, and more established than a great number of heterosexual households.

A man can talk to a horse, but the horse can't talk back to the man. The only dialog is one sided (with language), personal interaction is on a level of animal interaction. There is no opportunity to get to know the horse on an intimate level. By intimate, I don't mean sexual.

I pose a rhetorical question in return: Distinguish between heterosexuality and heterosexual bestiality (with a chimpanzee).

The problem isn't with your question, it's with the belief that homosexuality is a perversion and "unnatural". The problem is that some heterosexual Christians believe they are "better" than homosexuals because they feel their lifestyle is validated by God's word.

I commend you for seeking to further understand. However, only when the ideals that homosexuality is a perversion or unnatural are set aside and people truly seek to understand homosexuality on the same level as heterosexuality, will they have the ability to grasp the concept of human sexuality.

Well, homosexuality is when two same-sexed-same-species individuals go for it, and beastiality is when a human and non-human go for it (same or opposite sex).

Homosexuality is between two humans of the same sex. Beastiality is as you said, sex with an animal. Homosexual couples can adopt children and are human as I have already said.

You don't see a shark and a whale trying to mate.You don't see two male lions having sex. You don't see two male birds trying to have sex. Why does man break this law, and then try and justify it?
