When I lay on my back and do a leg lift and slowly let my legs down to the floor I feel and hear a popping noise in the small of my back I have no idea what it is. Can you tell me?

It could be a tendon sliding over the bones. That can make a popping sound, but it's hard to say... could be other things as well, but I'd bet on the tendon thingy!

Your back is popping...if it hurts see a dr....if it doesnt...no harm done

You are putting too much stress on your neck. Hold your neck with your hands while you do this.

if it doesn't hurt just get your back alligned at a chiropractor,it feels great

May be due to wind.you need rest.
