Do some research on pressure points. Go see a chiropractor, the doctor will take x-rays of your neck, there might be a slippage in your spine that is causing the pinched nerve.
Take something that has an anti-flammatory and muscle relaxant in it. Put heat to the area that is sore and try to massage it out.

How do you know you have a pinched nerve? Did you already see a doctor? If so, they would have prescribed something by now (muscle relaxant, anti-inflammatory, etc.). If you have not seen a doctor, I recommend you get it evaluated. PT is quite helpful for pinched nerves, however it has to be done under supervision of a licensed professional

I'm pretty sure that an anti-inflammatory drug or painkiller will help. But I also recommend that you talk to your doctor about it.
