A boil is an ingrown hair that is infected. You need to exfoliate your body when you shower or bath. By removing the dead layers of skin you give the hair no where to hide thus forcing it to grow normally.
You may also want to try using baby power before putting on pants or shorts, this will cut back on the sweet production and moister which also encourages heat boils.

Usually it's because of either skin cells or other things blocking up the pores of your skin, which causes an infection right there. The best advice I can tell you is to go and see a dermatologist. He can identify exactly what the problem is and treat it appropriately. The over the counter medicines that you may buy probably won't help. Best of luck to you..........

here are somethings that may cause it.
overweight and rubbing of the thighs
wearing to heavy clothing not allowing for exposure to air.
wearing to tight of clothes causing rubbing
dry skin
just to name a few.

Not trying to be mean, but just maybe you should try losing weight in that area. Could be because they are constantly rubbing together.

could be trapped bacteria that gets into the pores and then starts an infection under the skin, then it swells and becomes inflammed.
