Yes! Hebrews 13:2 - Be not forgetfull to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
This doesn't mean to do a song and dance, but to be polite, to be friendly and kind. So remember the stranger that may approach you, may be an angel sent from God.
My daughters and I attended a Conference once in Kansas. It was noon break and as with the other thousands that had attended, we had gone a few blocks away to eat lunch. As we stood outside the little mall, a black man, approached the three of us, he had a trench coat on and a stocking cap, and he had asked us for a few dollars so he could get something to eat. We dug into our pockets and took out a few dollars each and gave it to him, we had very little money ourselves, but we gave what we could. Then he was just gone, we looked for him, there were alot of people around, we even went to the corners to see if he was perhaps walking, but he was just gone. If he was just a beggar, then why didn't he stop and ask the multitude of people around us also for money? Also how could he have vanished so fast? We believe he was an angel, sent to us to see if we would be obedient and give to those who asked, to feed the hungry. Which is what we did.

Yes!.....Believers see angels sometimes as GOD Permits!.....The (Bible) says in -(Hebrews 13: 2).."Be Not Forgetful To Entertain Strangers : For Thereby Some Have Entertained Angels Unawares!"..........GOD Also Sends His (Heavenly) Angels to His Choosen To Protect, and Deliver from satan's kingdom in order to accomplish GOD'S WILL for His Flocks Life!...Read- (Psalms 91: 11) & (Acts 5: 19).....there are many scriptures in the Bible which supports GOD Sending His (Heavenly) Angels On The Behalf Of HIS CHOOSEN!......Ps. Many beliervers, as well as myself have seen GOD'S (Heavenly) Angels & Satan's Fallen (Demonic) Angels!........Believers Know The Difference!

I saw an angel one time. He was in my drive way. We lived on this back country road. He had no reason to be there. No one lived around us. I went out to talk to him because I was currious. "Going to catch a ride", he said. We talked about nothing of import for a while. Then he asked me what I was going to do (I was 18) I told him I was thinking of going into the seminary. "that is what you should do" he said. Get me a glass of water he commanded me. When I came back out he was gone. The thing is I would have heard a car or truck. I would have been able to see him if he walked either way down the road. He was just gone.

Yes, but they might mistake them for people as Abraham did
and Hebres said 'some have entertained angels unaware'
Angles definitely see people and learn from them about God's mercies and ability for forgive and redeem

According to the Bible, yes. According to existing Catholic dogma, yes. And they not only could see them, they were even having sex with them! But God fixed that problem.
But, in our world, In reality, only when under the influence of drugs, or suffering from a physical problem which might cause hallucinations.

Sure they can, especially if they take enough of the right kinds of drugs, but that has nothing to do with whether angels are "real" or not. They aren't.

Decades ago, when I was struggling in my young adult life, I prayed to God for some help, and I SWEAR some angel, or even God Himself came into my room where I was praying, and it somewhat "spooked" me or awed me to think that God would actually come that close to me in my time of trouble. And, instead of just believing He would be so close, or send one of His angels actually to my room to be with me, I felt the need to try to see the angel with my eyes, as though for "proof" that it actually happened. So, I turned my head to look, and all the awesome feelings disappeared. It's like God or His angels saying, "You knew I was there. You saw me with your heart and soul. Why did you have to rely on your eyes to see me when your soul saw me all the time. Now I'll go away, even though I'll help you anyway. Next time, rely on your soul." I have loved God for that moment, and that lesson, for around 33 or 34 years now. I can remember it as though it were happening again, every time I remember it. I pray I'd have that closeness again, and I'd NEVER try to see Him or His angels with my eyes again. It would be unfaithful to Him, and I want that closeness I had that day. And yet I have that closeness everytime I remember it. I am extremely thankful to God for what He gave me that day, 33 or 34 years ago. Thank you for stirring my memory, and being with that angel, or God, again. God Bless you.

i believe if they look they can see angels. some choose not to look, and they will not see. if your mind is open, then you will see them. i firmly believe my son is a real life angel. he was sent here to do special things. i only hope i can guide and direct him in the right way
