Nope. That's utter nonsense - it's only too obvious that there are no gods. It's more likely that religious believers post this kind of thing because they know deep down in their hearts that these supernatural beliefs are false, and they're trying to get support rather than accepting the truth.

No. They/we come because our ideas are just as valid as yours. For example, the only proof that Jesus was/is the son of God is the bible. And we have absoulutly no way of proving that the bible is true, other than the old "because the bible said so" reason.

Unlike the die-hard Christians here, Agnostics and the like come here to hear and consider the other side of the great debate. I never see them asking questions about science or evolution other than "why is evolution so stoopid?"

Why do thumpers complain about knowledgeable people (atheists) answering their questions?

I think its because deep down they believe there is a God, and they want us to convince them. They can't just go on faith, its too hard, so they want evidence and they seem to want us to give it to them. Instead, they use science to try to disprove God, in an effort for us to find some kind of proof for them. It's sad.

Why do Christians always quote Christian stuff to people who aren't Christian? Why can't they understand that you can't quote what YOU believe to someone who doesn't believe the same thing...It's like teaching a monkey to drive or trying to bake a cake using only yarn and a television antenna. It will NEVER work...Get it? N-E-V-E-R...
Thanks for the dumb answer. I was joking. You lose.

LOL!!!
No, and I have nothing but pity for someone who believes something so very, very childish.
No we come here to laugh at the ignorance of the average christian and to hopefully educate some of you.
You see, myth and fables can never win out over reality and facts.
And you know it.

Shhhhhhh! Don't alert them, maybe they'll hang around until they are satisfied that we can play nice. And then they will feel more inclined to check out our Good and Loving God.

I hate to burst your bubble, but that is nothing more than propaganda. It's simply not true.
I could just as easily say that you know in your heart of hearts that there is no god, but fear leads you to say things like this.
