While fat people may not be very apealing to the eye, there may also be a very good reason they overweight. They could have a serious disease such as diabetes that makes them fat. There are also the folks who have a psychological addiction to food, depression, or simply they do not care about their health. There are many factors contributing to one's obesity.
However, don't be so quick to judge that all fat people are disgusting, lack self control or willpower. I know several people who are considerably overweight and they are exceptionally lovely people that just can't seem to shed the extra weight. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Alot of these people don't necessarily want to be fat, but unfortunately they are. As I stated, there are many contributing factors, and one must look beyond the extra weight to get to the root of the problem. Hopefully these people have a good support system to afford them the necessary help they need whether it's dietary, psychological or simply having a great support system of friends and family.
PS, I hope you never exceed your ideal weight, you sound like the perfect candidate for anorexia.

Don't speak so fast, you never know what will happen to you in your life!! I never thought I'd get fat even after my two kids, but when I was going to collage to better myself, I decided to quit smoking (not to mention the stress of exams, a lazy husband and starting to drink). Before I knew it I was fat. I learned in Anatomy and nursing that excessive stress can cause weight gain ( and zits). Anyway I ride my bike or walk everywhere I go now. Anyway my point is I use to think that way too! I was wrong not all fat people lack self controll or willpower. You can't judge a book by it's cover. And don't judge people IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!! and NEVER SAY NEVER!! I LEARNED MY LESSON!!!

well,not all fat people are disgusting..and u have 2 look at tha situation maybe they have some kind of illness where they just gain weight or their body doesnt work as fast when losing weight.
well i used 2 be fat and i was okay with my body.but then i just started losin weight and now in down 2 my rite size.but even though i lost weight,people still treat me the same as they did when i was big..
what makes u think they lack self-control????they can control their selves if they really wanted 2...u never know..u can work out all u want too but since ur talkin about, and disgusted by fat people u mite be fat later on down tha kline and u will see how it is..and when people call u disgusting u will be hurt....

ok first of all you're an as*hole for saying that bullsh*t. just because they're bigger than you doesn't mean they're any lesser. you need to let it go. it's their problem. maybe their mentabolism isnt as fast as yours. thats how they were made. watch what you say before God makes you regret what you said and make you fat. but on another deal...i do agree with you on one point...some fat ppl do just keep eating and dont bother to work out but still its wrong to say they're sick. its your problem if you'd never be with a fat person..the whole world doesnt need to know that and quite francly....i dont think they care
