I want to know one thing.. oh I forgot to say, I'm on a diet.. so the one thing I want to know is whether water can help me get thin, if not than I don't have to drink it..
further info: I cut down on drinking water for a week and now I drink one cup a day..

We need at least 8-10 glasses of water a day.
If you are in a hot & humid place you run the risk of dehydration to begin with.
Water does not make you fat, if you feel bloated from it it'll go away as you urinate it. It flush's our system's of all kinds of nasty things. I would only drink bottled water & not pipe water.

8 8 ounces of water a day. unless your already tiny (under 110) then drink less, too much water can deplete your pottasiam levels and you can get really sick, so dont think the more water you drink the more wieght you will lose. one cup a day is not enough. if you keep drinking the recomended amount the puffiness will go away.

If you have the tendency to retent water then broadly speaking you will be 'fat' or should I say that is how cellulite comes about where body retain the excessive water. Other than that I dont think water can make a person put on weight. Hope this answer your query.

Not a smug answer but one cup of water a day, thats dangerous for such a hot climate, I suggest drinking more fluid. The bloatedness you feel is more than likely your stomach being full, like when you've eaten loads.

If it did, i'd die each and each and every time I drank a cup of espresso. ingesting water instead each and each and every time you want a extreme fat foodstuff or a extreme calorie drink may likely reason you to shed pounds, so in the journey that they drink the water and then do not devour different stuff with a great number of energy because of it, that ought to artwork.

i really don't think that water is bad for you or will make you fat, they say to drink lots of water to stay hydrated. It might be something else that you are eating or you might be retaining water which could be something to do with your kidneys. Are you peeing enough? If it gets worse and your ankles or hands start to swell see a doctor right away.
