Today, I'm enjoying an Amedei 'Extra 66' - This is a very delicious and flavorful premium chocolate bar from Italy that puts all those grocery store candies to shame. Its a dark chocolate bar that is so smooth that even milk chocolate lovers would gladly switch sides.

Tomorrow, I'll have a different answer. There are just so many great ones.

Most of the time it can only be Green&Blacks, any flavour but my fave is the raisin and hazlenut. When I feel like a ''trashy fix'' then it has to be a snickers bar,cut into slices and kept in the fridge.

I don't like dark chocolate. as far as milk chocolate try Perugina (italian choc.) or my favorite, Lindt soft milk chocolate. the one in the blue package is great but there's a soft variety that's hard to find. i've only found it at World Market
