As long as your parents are OK with it, it won't hurt your hair unless you overprocess the hair.

For a first time dye job, I'd recommend seeing a professional hair stylist.

If you only get highlights or lowlights, you won't have to worry about roots showing in just a few weeks. Highlights or lowlights are a great way to "test" out a new hair color without making a huge commitment.

Yes but keep in mind that this means you will need to keep up with it every 6 weeks or so. You do not want unsightly roots. I started doing my hair even earlier. Just also be careful to keep it conditioned, it really puts a lot of strain on your hair. And whatever you do, do NOT dye it black. I spent 4 hours in a beauty salon on 2 separate occasions getting it out of my hair when I was your age- not fun!

I've been dying my hair since I was 13...I think You will be ok.
Unless you are allergic to whats in the dye...always do the allergy test..other wise it can get ugly.

no. you will ruin and fry your hair.

Try only highlights first.

once you start to dye your hair, you will have to continue so your roots don't show. But the length of your hair will get fried.
