I go walking about an hour or so after I have breakfast. And I walk for about an hour. I don't do it every day but I am wondering if that's the best time to walk or is it better to walk in the evening.

Before you eat in the morning. I go walking at 6 o'clock in the morning until 8:30. I have a walking buddy too and we go up hills most of the time. I say early in the morning because the weather is breezy and before breakfast because it wakes your matabolism.

evening is better, especially after dinner. the sun is just setting and it feels like an excellent transition into the slowness of the night

though morning is a good time as well. but i would rather run in the morning and walk in the evening.

Evening is best for walking and exercise, because that is the time body is fully active and chances of injuries are minimum

i usually go walking late in the afternoon just to beat the heat. it works for me.
