Touch them to see in their warm if so they're still alive. Put them in a cardboard box and buy a heat lightbulb to keep them warm or use an incubator. When they hatch if you touch them with rubber gloves, theres a chance that the mother wont reject them. If she does you can hand feed them yourself.

One comment for brokenwing : Ever consider that crap happens and people don't always want their birds to breed? Sheesh.
Cockatiels will abandon their eggs for any number of reasons. The simplest is that something in the room disturbed them enough that they don't want to return to the nest. But birds being birds, there's any number of reasons why they left. It could be that it just wasn't the right time for them. Sometimes birds will lay and sit two to three times before finally sitting down and raising a family. This is especially true if the birds have never laid before. Some breeders like to put an experienced female with an inexperienced male so the male can learn from the female. Just like it is with humans, sometimes it takes a few tries before the birds get it right. It doesn't help that most breeding tiels are hand feds. They don't have the experience watching the rest of the flock raising chicks, as they would in the wild. They have to learn from practice without visual cues.
Cockatiels usually get up and run around a lot before the eggs hatch then suddenly they will sit and not leave the nest. If you're 100% sure the parents have abandoned their eggs, place the eggs in a brooder. If you don't have one, a plastic Tupperware container with several layers of paper towel on the bottom will do. You can use a desk lamp with a 60 watt bulb as a heat source. Some breeders hate using strong lights on chicks because they're in the dark when they're in the wild. If you'd like to follow that, you can purchase a can of Tremclad ENAMEL (very important!) paint in a spray can and spray the bulb either blue or red. Apparently those colors help relax the birds when they start opening their eyes.
To see of the eggs are fertile, use a small flashlight or hold the egg up to a nightlight. I'll post several good sites that show you what a living egg looks like and what dead ones look like. The sites use chicken eggs, but they're excellent resources.
Good luck to you!

Sometimes Cockatiel parents will abandon a clutch. They could have been startled, there could have been something wrong with the eggs, it's hard to tell. Sometimes shooing them off of their eggs so you can look at them will also cause them to abandon their clutch. This is a natural response to what the parents see as a hostile environment for their prospective babies. If the parents are hand tamed, try to put them back in the nest box. This won't usually work, but it is worth a try. Eggs need to be kept at a certain temperature and also need to be turned; depending upon how long it's been since the parents abandoned the clutch,it may already be too late to save them. But keep your fingers crossed. My best advice would be to leave them absolutely alone and make sure they are not disturbed.

hiya, the most common cause for them to desert their eggs is fright, perhaps cats or a thunderstorm frightened them,
there is a way to test fertility, if you get a strong beamed torch, put a piece of soft foam over the glass with a hole approx 1/2"" round in the center, now turn on the light and place the egg on the opening . if it is fertile you should be able to see blood vessels inside the if it is infertile it will be an opaque colour, we all learn by our mistakes and the person who answered your question with gerogatory remarks should be ashamed, why berate someone for asking advise, instead of critiscising try giving good advice, i,m certain you've made mistakes in the past mr perfect

This is why a person shouldn't breed birds unless they know what there doing, I understand a person has to start somewhere but this is a prime example of someone not doing there homework.
Do you have a Brooder ?
Do you know what a Brooder is?
Cockatiels that breed doesn't mean they are good parents!
Have you candled the eggs to assure they are fertile?
Do you know how to Candle an egg?
What are you going to do when the parents stop feeding there babies?
Do you know how to Tube feed, How many CC's per hour? DAY?
What are you gonna feed them? Bread & Milk?...what?
Or are you gonna let them die because you don't know what your doing?
Don't breed birds or allow them to breed unless you KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING.

This can be for various reason. The main reason could be that they Chic's are dead in the egg, or the eggs were never fertilised in the first place, the only way to check this is to break an egg after she has stopped sitting. If not contact me again.
Good luck
