exactly what it say vivid a very clear dream that seems very real and you don't really know you think was that a dream or was that real. I don't think it is really a bad thing.

I NEVER SAW THAT WARNING BUT THE ONE TIME I TRIED THE PATCH I HAD REALLY ODD DREAM EXPERIENCE. IT WAS LIKE I WAS STILL DREAMING AFTER MY EYES WERE OPEN AND I WAS SORT OF AWAKE. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A THING HAPPEN BEFORE. I HAVE NOT USED THE PATCH SINCE THAT ONE TIME BECAUSE IT FREAKED ME OUT. I USED COMMIT. IT WORKED PRETTY WELL AND I ONLY NEEDED ONE PACK. GOOD LUCK.

it means they feel really real and weird and quite unusual and they do do that. Make sure you don't wear it when you sleep. It is quite disturbing
