Get chatting to the person. Find out their interests and, if you have similar interests, then suggest something. E.g. cinema or meal. Buld up a bit of a repport first, don't just go in there asking this person out or you are more likely to get a no.

well, im not like a love god or anyhting but just start talking to them get to know them, if youve never met them and ur askin them out over like msn or yahoo messanger. i highly dought they will say yes. just talk to them, get them to like you as a mate and then carry on from there when u think the time is right then ask them. dont go blaightntly in asking cos theyre just gonna go no

yeah, being there, more than once, its easy to tell your self just come out and say it, but it always sound better in your head than in real life, best advice is not to think, just act, thinking will only cloud your mind, plus get to know somone befor asking them, much more fun!

Just ask her one on one..writing a note will make you look like you are way to shy and not brave enough just to talk to her....don't go too forward...just talk to her as a friend and slowly ask her....girls like guys that are brave enough just to talk to them.

strike up a convo n tlk 2 her a while be ur self!!! wen she sees wat ur rlly like den ask her out! dat way she knows dat u honestly like her n its not sum joke she also gets a taste of ur personality so she cn c wat ur like n decide if she likes u enough 2 go out wiv her!!! if u just go up 2 her n ask her out she'll prob just think dat ur jokin or dat ur a loosers n it is almost a definate dat she will say no!!!
