Up front comment: I'm an agnostic rather than a formal believer, so my comments aren't tied to any one set of religious dogmas. My social views tend to be more "secular humanist."
Homosexuality is "immoral" in the sense that unprotected sex with multiple partners conveys a high risk of spreading diseases. Even if the diseases can be cured by antibiotics or prevented by vaccines(unlike AIDS, herpes, etc.), increasing any risk of spreading disease can be construed to be immoral at worst, less than ethical at best.
Of course, the above argument also applies to promiscuous heterosexual acts, too.
I've heard the argument by religious people that sexual acts not directly tied to the intention of procreation is immoral. Given the narrow fertility window of the human female, and full time basis of human sexuality, I find that argument shallow at best, and lacking any real reasoned basis at worst. And that argument stupidly ignores the immoral crime of non-consensual sex, rape.
Also, the "sex only for precreation" folks never have any good suggestions for disease prevention other than "keep your pants on." Self control is fine, but that argument doesn't reflect the fact that most people have a weak grip on it at best, or don't have it at all.
What could possibly be the most immoral about any sexual act is the lack of responsibility by both consenting adults for any outcome of the sexual act, whether it be a pregnancy, child, or the risk of the spread of disease.
BTW: I'm not gay.

I think it's pretty clear why it's immoral because you can't have a baby by someone of the same sex. If you could, I guess homosexuality would be okay. But you can't, thank god. It's so disgusting. Homosexuality/Gay marriage is one of 2 issues I feel strongly against. I just don't believe God made it to be like that. Just like in marriage vows-between a man and a woman. But sadly, they're changing the vows so it would say between two persons. I may not be christian and have a lot of christian morals or beliefs, but I don't think any of us should try to change something that's old and traditional. The problem is is our society is accepting this lifestyle, and that's not good. I think homosexuality is a choice and not some genetic thing. I also think that some people who call themselves gay aren't really gay or bisexual aren't really but they just say they are just because they think someone from the same sex is pretty or cute, and they automatically think that means they gay or bi. I mean I can think someone from the same sex is pretty or attractive, but that doesn't mean I'm gay because I'm not sexually attractive to them. And that would be disgusting.

I don't believe being homosexual is immoral, but I do believe that engaging in homosexual activity is immoral. We all have a tendency to sin. Generally a person's weakness stems from one of the seven deadlies, which are pride, anger, lust, envy, sloth, greed, and gluttony. Sometimes, seems to me always, it's difficult to get away from whatever sinful behavior(s) one is inclined towards, and usually you go right on back to it. (Oh dear, I must be a hypocrite because I sin!) Thankfully, God is Love and Forgiveness. I know it's popular to believe Christians are always telling others what to do because it's just oh so much fun to boss others around, but it's hard to stand up for what you believe when there will be ridicule in response. It would be much easier to go with the flow of relativism, but I view it as trying to show others the door.

I will answer your question by your rules. No Bible and no religious arguments. Just facts.
It is unnatural. Our bodies are not designed to interact in sexual activity with the same sex. It just doesn't fit.
People think that they are entitled to their own desires, but a belief like that is ludicrous. What if I desire to kill people? It is what I desire, does that make it ok? Or what if I desire to go around and rape women? What if that is the only thing I feel fits for my sexual desires? Does that make it ok? Of course not! You would have to be asinine to believe that desires justify actions. If we let everyone have what they desired, the world would be one big, chaotic hell. It does not matter if someone desires one of the same sex; it is unnatural and immoral.
Look up "unnatural" in the American Heritage Dictionary and this is the definition you find: "1. In violation of a natural law. 2. Inconsistent with an individual pattern or custom. 3. In violation of natural feelings; inhuman." Under synonyms you'll discover words like, "corrupt, depraved, immoral, indecent, perverse, twisted, unwholesome, warped, and morally deviant." All these words have similar meanings (hence synonyms), but they can all be summed up in one key word: immoral.
Now you might say, "Well how is homosexuality unnatural?" Buddy, just look at it. Our bodies were not meant to have sexual activity with those of the same sex. We don't work that way. Sexual activity is meant to create reproduction, and you certainly can't reproduce with one of the same sex.
The last point I will make is the ridiculous STD's that homosexuality creates and spreads. It just makes life harder on all the rest of us.
So, if you have desires for others of the same sex, you might just have to suppress those desires, just like normal people suppress other immoral desires on a day to day basis. You don't always get everything you want.

Ok, let me try. All the features, bells, and whistles in human sexuality were thoughtfully designed and engineered by God. So it was his idea to add all the plumbing and hardware to the human body. And not just the mechanical stuff but a complete design for satisfying emotional, psychological, etc. needs. I believe the design was for a man and woman (given the plumbing compatibility) who are not going to leave each other. Any other alteration of this design, or misuse of the product voids the warranty if you know what I mean. A teenager sleeping around, adults having one nighters, homosexual relationships, are all a misuse of the product. This is important: the problem is not so much the misuse of the product, but that humans shortchange themselves in profound and damaging ways by altering God's original design. It's like trying to improve DNA, you end up with a three headed chicken thay lays square eggs.

no text, so you want personal belief and opinion right?
Personally i believe God created man and woman and blessed them, gave them paradise and told them to be fruitful and multiply. It was the first command, God loves people who obey him. So for someone to prefer having sexual relations with a member of the same sex is in blatant violation of the most basic of Divine commands.
On top of that there are a few times in biblical history where God spoke of men who were having relations with each other and it angered him, at one point to such a place that he completely ruined an entire city. he describes those people as "giving into immoral urges."
Lastly, from a non believers view, the most primal of all urges is mating for the sake of furthering the species. if you're not creating life, then youre not natural, and eventually those traits of non productivity will be erased from the gene pool by not being passed on.

Romans 1:22-32 This explains pretty much what the bible thinks of homosexuality and some other sins. Verse 27 says: And likewise also the men , leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and

It depends on "who" is defining immoral. Anyone can define what immoral is, depending on there "slide" or what they were brought up to believe. It is up to the individual as to where they get this information from. We can't all be right or to put it another way (all truths do not lead to one truth). The truth can sometimes be unpleasent for us to grapple with but nevertheless it is the truth.
