after the way my friends teased me about him. ( serious teasing) i mean actually puhed us together, comes running towards me like a cannonjball when i talk to him, makes it feel akward

Just wait and see if he always look at you all the time and tells his friends about you and talks about you then he probably does like you but if you don't want to wait then just pull him aside by hi self and tell him how you feel or if you can't do that write a letter and give it to him! But do what you feel is the best!

Asking him out is the obvious solution. If he likes you, he'll say yes. If he doesn't, he'll say no.
