Training Training Training.
get into a class with your dog or hire a trainer.
If you expect your dog to listen to you and behave you are going to have to put time and effort into it.
It takes lots of time and work to get a dog to listen to you. You need to establish yourself ans the leader and the one in charge. It sounds like now she is n charge and you do what she wants.
Training will hep but you are going to have to work hard.

Dogs dont have the mental capacity to do stuff "on purpose" . I know it may seem that way. They can be trying, but ive asked my vet and trainer.

You need to hire a trainer ...Get info from your vet or local pet store. Meet with the trainer first and discuss thier methods.
Some will even come to your home for sessions.
Im dealing with a similiar issue with my springer spaniels, and so far so good.

Good Luck hope you find an appropriate solution for you and your dog.

when she comes back to you - do you punish her? If she takes off and she comes back - always praise her - but if you punish her when she comes back - she probably thinks she will be punished for returning to you. I would work with her in an enclosed area and practice the "come" command and give her a treat every time she returns to you with the come command - eventually she will learn that comming when called is a good behaviour

As we cannot see the dog, it would be hard to tell exactly what is wrong with it. The best thing you could do is get it to a vet as soon as you can. Good Luck
