my 12 year old, Melissa will not stop having sex with older men...what can i do to stop her, she is outta control, im surprised that all the pregnacy tests came up negative...HELP!!!

Remove her access to older men and talk to her more about sex; make it an open subject within your household. Send her to a counsellor and let her talk about why she does these things. Also - I hate to say it, but you're the parent and at 12 she should not be out alone in places where she has enough space to do this. Bring in her curfew and let her know through rules and regulations that this is not acceptable behaviour. You have to be the parent even if it makes you 'mean'. At 12 she is still a child and it is your responsibility to fight for her to experience a proper childhood. Also, go over the symptons of various STDs including AIDs with her. Tell her death is a possibility of AIDs. She sounds like she isn't educated about sex and maybe she needs to better understand the risks she is taking.

Send her to an all girl school or a religious school. If it is possible try moving, lock her in her room, don't let her out of the house, try home schooling, have a police officer talk to her. Do what ever it takes and if she hates you for it then that is her problem and not yours because you are just looking out for her. You are here mother and you set the rules. It's time for you to become the mean mom, not the friend. You need to take away all outside activities that she can use as excuses for where she is at, put locks on her windows so she can't sneak out, prevent her from hanging out with her friends, since you don't know if she will really be with them (think about how creative you yourself could be at that age!). Take away her cell phone and pager. Get rid of her slutty clothes, and buy her some nice tasteful ones. Then lay down the law. Tell her that if she won't respect herself, you will just have to force it on her until she is mature enough to understand why she needs to. She may hate you right now, but eventually she will understand. It will be hard, but look at the alternative: AIDS, STD's, Pregnancy, or drugs(which is always next after you lose your self respect). You have to stop it now, there is no other option, how will you feel about yourself if you allow this to continue with your daughter?
Imagine seeing your daughter in one of the situations above, Imagine going to her funeral when she dies of one of those diseases. Whenever you feel you are not strong enough to keep this up, then just imagine that, it will keep you determined!

First, get her to a doctor. Just because she isn't pregnant does not mean she does not have an Sexually transmitted disease of some sort.

Also, get the doctor to explain how dangerous her behavior is.

The men/boys who are having sex with her are committing statutory rape. Try having one arrested. That should shock her.

When is she doing this? Do not let her out of your sight. Put her in a new school if you have to. Get her away from anyone who is a bad influence on her.

Send her to a boot camp for out of control kids. They have them, and they are tough. Let them scare her into behaving.

And make certain you are giving her positive attention, and love. She is obviously seeking these things from the people she is sleeping with. Give them to her and she won't seek them elsewhere.

Have the "older men" arrested for statutory rape. That should put an end to things around your house. Then, assuming this question is even legit (highly doubtful), get your daughter in for counseling. You might as well go too Mom since you can't control her or instill morals.

make sure she has support many times this kind of activity is started because of previous abuse. If shes not going to talk to you about it get profesional help.

First of all, your 12 year old is having sex?! That is gross. And how old are these men? I would go straight to punishing her for her actions becuase this is wrong.
