Personality, then brains looks last. I have seen many beautiful women who become ugly as soon as they open their mouth.
Remember, looks may be last but they are still important. You don't have to be a model but if you are 5'2 and 195 lbs. brains and personality won't help you.

to me it is personality yet for adult males it type of feels to only be seems.(no effense adult males yet to me thats the way it type of feels)"females may quite have elegance than brains because a guy can see better than he can imagine."-cant bear in mind who stated this
