No, food allergies are caused by antibody responses to antigens in the food, enzymes have no effect on this process, the only way to cure allergies is to decrease your sensitivity to the antigen, this is done slowly by an experienced health care practitioner who exposes you over time to small amounts of what you are allergic to.

As a board-certified subspecialist in Allergy and Immunology...in a word..."NO!"

There IS no known "cure" for true blue food allergy...the ONLY known "treatment" is --
AVOIDANCE of the offending food....you ought to get evaluated and tested by a certified Allergist first prior to going that far...

GOOD LUCK!

I believe that The Above answers are correct.
our Allergic Reaction, some doctor might tell you to take Benadryl or some other medication (Decadron?) to "Mask" the reaction that you might, or will, have.
Again, DO NOT Take Benadryl and eat whatever you're allergic to! Ask your Doctor!
