Only in self defense. If is just a jab or two from her - just block them and try to get a way. But if she is going to try and beat you up or threaten your life - then you must defend your self. If a girl attacks you with a weapon - anything goes.
Other than that - it is very cowardly for a man to punch a girl.

It is not OK to punch anybody!
It is OK to hit anybody (including females) in an act of self defense, if you are being attacked by that person(s).

No, it is not alright to punch girls. Even if they hit you first. The only exception to this rule is if she is sitting on top of you, with her hands wrapped around your throat, squeezing the life out of you, then you can knock her brains out.

I DON'T BELIEVE THAT PUNCH A GIRL IS GOOD WHO EVERY TOLD YOU TO PUNCH GIRLS IS GOOD.
THEY DON'T HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO, BESIDE THE PERSONS THAT WILL GET IN TROUBLE IS YOU NOT THE OTHER PERSON

not usualy, I mean obviously you shouldn't usualy punch anyone
if shes coming at you with a knife or somehting trying to kill you though then heck yes its fine to punch her in self defence
