very important!!! However, it is also very important for them to be able to control themselves and know when they should be humourous and when to be serious. On a scale...I would have to say 8. I love it when a guy can make me laugh...plus it's good during those awkward silences...

I would say 7, because women (just like men) are sometimes very shallow. It also depends on the woman, so it's really between 6 and 8. (Which is why I said 7)
