15 minute warm . . skipping
4, 3 minute rounds shadow boxing
8 , 3 minuterounds on the bags
conditioning circuit. . press ups, squat thrusts, Tuck jumps, star jumps , sit ups, dips, dorsal raises, squats, dumbbell punches, spotty dogs! the conditioning circuit should last for 20 min max. . 10 reps each exercise. .3 sets

One I know of is duck walk great for legs and balance.
