Never let it get past the hangover stage. If you drink a full glass of water and take 3 tylenol, (2 if your a smaller person) before you go to bed after a night of drinking, I gaurantee you'll feel much better than without. A hangover is from being dehydrated from consuming so much alcohol. Water replenishes you, and the Tylenol takes the edge off of the damage you've already done through the night.

There are only 2 true cures for a hangover. The first to not start drinking and the second is to not stop. One way or another either of these 2 will cure it forever.

I read an email once that was about bananas and it said one of the quickest ways to cure a hangover was to make a banana milkshake sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and with the help of the honey builds up depleted blood sugar levels while the milk soothes and re-hydrates the system. I've never tried this so if you do, let me know if it works. Good luck

Drink 1 glass of water for every drink you have throughout the night. You will pee a lot but you will not have a hangover in the am.

You only get a hangover if you stop drinking. Sure, do all those other things people here suggest, like drinking water and taking aspirin, but I have always found that staying drunk is most effective.

I'm not sure how to cure one, but I know a way that might prevent one. Before you go out drinking drink a glass of water and take a couple of aspirin. It always helped me.

Drink about a gallon of water...not at once, you will puke. Also take Tylenol or anything like that. Gatorade is good too....you also need to put food in your stomach. Eat a cheeseburger and fries or a grilled cheese sandwich. Don't know what it is but I swear it works.

Chocolate milk or YooHoo with Ibuprofen always works for me.
Best thing to prevent one: Drink a ton of water before you go to bed. You get a hang over because alcohol dehydrates your brain.

Water, water, water, water. You have a hangover b/c your body is dehydrated. Gatorade would work as well. Food wise my favorite is grilled cheese and french fries from the smallest diner in any town.
