Yes it is true that the chances,of third world war are about 90%.But an
important question remain unclear, that in this present scenario who
will play the role of Germany.Wether US or China or India??????

No. In many respects, WWII was a replay of WWI. The European Community has come together since WWII - making a WWIII highly unlikely. If you expand the definition of WWIII to any global conflict, then that is also unlikely as the globe currently has no political contenders to challenge capitalism. Facism and communism are dead for now. Islamic extremism does not appear to be seeking global domination - just domination in Islamic portions of the world.

Actually, there was a World War III and America won. You just missed it. The Soviet Union folded!

We are now into World War IV. The civilized world against 7th century Islamic heretics.

I think there will be world war III but I think North Korea will play the role of Germany, Kim Jong Ill is a complete headcase.

The time of fighting like in world wars is over, unless we have a technological issue. The world is always at war meaning there is has always been a war somewhere. But there will be no major axis power against the allies if you will. Now we have the UN against the terrorists. (that is all that affects us)

Here are more conflicts going on right now too bad we don’t hear about them.Some are over resource or land some for religion:
• Diamond mines in Sierra Leone and Angola making the two African nations ripe for plunder by warlords
• Profits from sapphires, rubies and timber arming the Khmer Rouge in their interminable jungle war in Cambodia
• Guerillas using the threat of sabotage to extort hundreds of millions of dollars from oil companies prospecting in Colombia
• Opium funding 20 years of war in Afghanistan
• The Congo's continuing civil war subsisting on the proceeds of elephant tusks and coltan, a vital mineral in the manufacture of mobile phones
Afghanistan-Osama bin Laden heads a terrorist group called Al Quada (The Source) whose headquarters were in Afghanistan. They were protected by, and integrated with, the Taliban dictatorship in the country. South AfricaAnimists & "Witches"Hundreds of persons, suspected and accused of witches practicing black magic, are murdered each year.

UgandaAnimists, Christians, & MuslimsChristian rebels of the Lord's Resistance Army are conducting a civil war in the north of Uganda. Their goal is a Christian theocracy whose laws are based on the Ten Commandments. They abduction and enslave and/or raped about 2,000 children a year.
