A stranger is a blind person in a not so familiar environment. By these qualities, he's expected to rely on support and he's also xpected to be cool and subjective. If he'd rather behave to know so much and jump bound, then he can be either corrected coolly or harshly.
A stranger go it easy while the son of the soil go it hard so goes a saying in my area.
The better however if you accomodate with a large heart and not abuse him.

Usually because of a defensive reaction, to protect their territory as to speak. When they cant understand something, they act by being abusive. Or they could have just been having a bad day and you got in the way. People can act strange sometimes. Best not to take it to heart and enjoy that you are not like them.

Because it makes them feel powerful? If you mean why would they abuse a stranger on this forum, maybe because they are weak in real life and have to try to be strong somewhere.

i am not sure its just the way the world is i guess there are a lot of evil people in the world with issus no 1 no why its just the way it is i guess i dont have a problem with any 1 its diffrent if some one done somthing im agents or i didnt like but i would not have a problem with a strangore. take care.

There aren't any apparent repercussions. You abuse them and leave never to see them again. Or so people think. Sometimes it comes back to bite you in the ***.
