NO THE SONG DOES NOT SAY HE HAS GAS, IT SAYS "JUMPIN' JACK FLASH, IT'S A GAS, GAS, GAS." IN THE DAY WHEN SOMEONE SAID THAT IT WAS A GAS, IT MEANT SOMETHING WAS FUN TO DO DO, OR IT WAS A REAL GOOD TIME. OR EVERYONE HAD A GOODTIME
