Guys are generally not ALWAYS horny. But remember, males are the horniest from age 18-25, then it starts to drop off. This guy sitting next to you might be charged-up about you, had you considered that? Plus, he may be well aware that you are checking on his "condition". To test this idea, you could choose to sit in another place in the classroom, then check him out (w/o his catching you). If he's not horny, then you can draw your own conclusions. It's a biological imperative and largely driven by hormones. His brain is excited just to see you (or any other nice looking lady), and his body responds appropriately and his mind follows. He is driven to spread his genes as widely as possible, since he has a virtually unlimited supply. On the other hand, women have about 500 eggs and have evolved to pick their mate(s) much more carefully, with an eye to choosing ones that are likely to stick around and help raise the young.

Guys are horney all the time because it is the nature of the beast, JK It has to do with the amount of testosterone in there systems mixed with primal urges to reproduce spanning from the beginning of time. It is normal and tones down when we get into our thirtys.
You will feel what it is like for a guy when you get into your late 20 early 30 because that is when you sexually peak.

The eternal question. Wow, I wish I knew that answer. I wish I could switch off my horness like women but I can't. I suppose that what mek us men. It's encripted in out DNA. We can't fight it. Guys are in their prime sexual time from 18-25, women get that way later on, usually between 28-34. It happens to all, just at different times.

It is testesterone which is playing a part in males .
And it is progetrones in females.Females also have testesterone but in lesser quantities.
So males are triggered within seconds and it takes some time for women.
