It sounds like you have a bad case of anxiety. You can try some relaxation techniques when you are having these crazy thoughts. It is a matter of changing your thoughts. I use to suffer from the same things but since I have started using relaxation techniques and changing my thought process...things have improved greatly. Here is a book that might help. It is called ANT's and ANTeaters: Cognitive Therapy for the seven Types.......chapter 10 is what my therapist suggested for me. It really helped me.....you can also look up relaxation techniques on the net. Hope I have helped some. Good Luck

I used to have thoughts very similar to yours and i often still do. My doctors told me that these thoughts are memories of the past. And astrology says it can be also events that happened in a former life. If i were you i would get help, but it doesn't have to be professional. May from a close friend. I'll help you if needed since i've experienced this before. If you tell someone about this, it will go away....for the time being.

I had night terrors till i was about 18. I was affraid of everything, not really knowing what i was affraid of. Would just make it to sleep when i would wake up screaming saying things nobody could figure out. Sometimes i would remember the episodes in the morning, sometimes i wouldnt. My advice would be to see somebody, or even talk to the school counselor. Sometimes a school profesional contacting parents helps a great deal. Anxiety attacks are not fun.

Ok, if your awake it is NOT night terrors... It sounds Like Panic attacks of some sort. You will need to go to a psychiatrist for meds that will help keep your nerves calm, not tranquilized, mind you, just for you to be able to live life with out panicking over things when your alone.

no you dont have night terrors its something else, i used to be the same way when i was younger and i still am like that, just not as bad as you, i have to have some sort of night light or all the lights on at night and when i go to sleep i just stare at the covers or keep my eyes closed to prevent myself from making any crazy ideas in my head you should try doing that

i think night terrors have something to do with you sleeping first. my little cousin had this. she would wake up in the middle of the night and cry but would not respond to anyone. She goes back to sleep and wakes up like nothing had happened. She never remembers what she did in the night

its not exactly night terrors, but its similar to the thing that happens to me. i like imagine terrible stuff will happen and i make out images that arent there, and am parinoid of getting up or walking around. i just sleep with a dim light, lock my bedroom door, and like kinda cover my eyes so i dont look at stuff and imagine it to be like the grudge girl or w.e. just keep telling yourself theres nothing there.

This is not night terrors, which happens during sleep--- (http://www.nightterrors.org)

You do need to see a counselor. Tell your family doctor and get some help.

Wow it sounds like you have a real issue to me. Why don't you go over your parent's head and go see someone about it yourself. If you are going off to college soon its about time to learn to make your own doctors appointments anyway.

sounds like severe paranoia. you need to go to the local mental health center or to the nearest hospital to get help. they make meds for this type of behavior that will allow you to relax and rest and get over your paranoid behaviors!
