Congratulations!! Kittens are just about the most wonderful creatures on the planet!!
Make sure your kitten has lots of hidey holes she can get to and just leave them to it!! The older cats won't harm her, its mostly claws and noise, as you've probably learned already kittens are masters at worming their way into hearts, both people and other animals. My old cat hated the kitten I also just got, and used to slash out with claws, and scream like a banshee at her, the kitten persisted, playing cute and how can you resist me, and the old cat finally just gave in and tolerated her, now they sleep together, and even share each others food bowls. I've only had her a month, so hang in there.....
Oh and make sure that the other cats still get masses of cuddles, and when you play with the kitten, always take time to play with them too........

I've heard this works:
Put the new kitten in a carrying case and leave her on the floor by the other two cats (make sure you stick close). Then reverse the process and put the other two cats in two carrying cases. Just let them sniff around for awhile and it should work. Also, make sure to give the "older" cats more attention than the kitten so they don't get mad/jealous.

Cats are all about smell! Use a blanket the kitten sleeps on and put it near the other cats, so they can get used to her smell.

Also, there are sprays at the pet store that mimic friendly cat pheromones - one is called Feliway. Spray this wherever the cats and kitten rub their faces (door frames, furniture, carpet, clothing, bedding, etc.) It will unify them all with the same scent, and you should see HUGE progress in a matter of 24 hours.

It's a dominance issue. Your older cats need to prove to her they are dominant, and she is just not cooperating, apparently. She is probably so silly and annoying them and they are jealous. I would separate them at night for your own peace and quiet, and have patience. They will resolve this eventually. Meanwhile, try to give them extra love, so they don't feel neglected and equal attention all around. Kittens are so cute, and when the older cats see you noticing them, they get jealous.

they're very territorial, & dominating.
give them a little bit of time, they'll learn to get along.
trust me. but continue to keep a close watch on the kitten so they don't hurt it.
kittens are very playful, they're young. your 2 cats are older & set in their ways.
they'll adjust. just takes time. but don't neglect your other 2 cats, they get jealous too.
pay attention to them too. talk w/them & pet them.
just have patience.

Just give it time, they will eventually adapt to each other, and even love each other! The same thing happened to me when I got a new kitten! Good luck!

You have to give them time, and if they still don't work it out and you want to keep all three, you'll need to keep them in seperate rooms.

If you end up having to give one away, give away the kitten. I know that sounds heartless but the other cats'll need you more.

cats are territorial, like many animals, and see the new arrival as an intruder
