He should be the one choosing either of you, not you going after him.

aw well not to be mean or anything, but she has just as much of a right to ask him out as you do? I know it's a difficult situation, but try not to make this a competition, otherwise you might lose your potential love interest and your friend. umm let's see this is tricky. It depends on if your friend knows you like him. You could try getting to him first, but that might just upset her. umm I'm not really sure, Ill think about that and If I get an idea, Ill let you know heh. Good luck :)

Talk to her about it. If she is truly a friend she won't ask him out and if she chooses the guy you are better off without her. Guys are so not worth a friendship. My best friend went out with my ex boyfriend after I told her that I still had feelings for him. She was sneaky about it and now I am no longer friends with her!

Be smart, ask him out first. Do it now. What are you waiting for? Get off line now. Just do it.

just leave it alone- if she wants to date him then let her. if it does not work out- then you can try. look at it this way- if they are meant to be together, then they will be together forever, if you two are meant to be together- then great- just let life take its course
