You have in the wrong order, it should be Je ne suis pas?

Which means I don't know?

Je=I
suis= am
ne + pas = not (it always goes around the verb)

But yes, it is suppose to be Je ne suis pas.

First of all, it is correctly stated as 'je ne suis pas'. (The negative expression 'ne pas' is split around the verb). It means 'I don't know'.
