Homeopathic Treatment :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Your weight is normal for a 5'6" girl. In fact, you can see the pooch after barely eating anything because there is no body fat on you to "disguise" it!! Knowing how teenagers tend to eat, you might want to cut down on the sodas, chips & salty foods, drink more water, and do some ab exercises (such as crunches). Cardio would help too, but you'll need to increase the amount of protein (meat, nuts, etc.) and possibly increase your calories so you don't get TOO skinny. Your brothers and sisters will FIND something to tease you about because you are younger and they feel compelled to tease you. Don't take it too literally.

You are not even getting chubby. For one thing, you need to remember that you are 14 years old and your body is changing. I'm sure you've heard this. Anyway, that little pooch, well every girl and woman has one. And, it doesn't make you fat. In fact, if you are that concerned, I encourage you to go to your doctor and discuss it with him or her. My brothers always told me I was getting fat. It's a cruel thing to say. And, it isn't true. In fact, I think that you might be just about right for your weight and height. Again, ask the doc.

You are not fat. JEEZ. You're too hard on yourself. Tell your brothers and sisters that you don't care what they say, and they can go **** themselves. They are causing you to worry and show very unhealthy behavier for a 14 year old. By the way, I'm 13. I weigh more than that and I'm 5'2. Not saying I'm thin or even medium. I'm betting at 5'6 you're a twig and if you weigh only that much you have no boobs. If you gain weight ou will gain boobs. Think about it. It's positive. :) No worries.

You are 5'6 and 115? You are fine. My God you are only 14. You are still developing into a woman. Do me a favor and do not listen to these people. Your body is growing from a child into a woman. There are going to be lots of changes and weight gain and lose is one of them. I would stop drinking the soda. Look at yourself and see what a beautiful women you are and going to be. Tell them all the kiss your ***. Good Luck :)

People love to see someone in good shape. Do a little excersizing. Do some running or some aerobics. There is nothing like a healthy body. And when you are done you can laugh at your fat brothers and sisters!

You are 14 yrs old......not eating WILL slow down your metabolism naturally...if you try to eat 3 meals a day and maybe walk you should be fine.

If you have gone throught the changes, don't forget your body is changing daily and it will act differently. I was chubby when younger as well and was thoughout my teens..I always walked and it helped me to keep a routine of exercise.

Your bro and sis are rude and should not be making fun of anyone...cuz they are gettign older and they will gain weight as they get older unless they are elite athletes and are extremely healthy clean eaters.

If you are happy with yourself but want to lose what you call a belly, just try walking like 30-40 mins a day. you are in your sugar burnign years- you will do great.

5'6" and 115 lbs? Sweetie, you're not fat!!! But, if you find you get a poochy tummy, keep a food diary for a few days. If you drink a lot of soda - even diet soda, or seltzer, chew a lot of gum, or eat or drink anything salty (expecially restaurant food!) or with artificial sweetners - you could just be bloated. Limit these things and drink more water and see what happens.

5'6" and 115 lbs does NOT spell chubby. It is, in fact, rather slim.

There is some pretty important stuff that your brothers & sisters aren't learning in college - and that's treating people decently! They're the ones with a major problem, not you! And where are your parents?

115 lbs is very skinny for being 5'6". I am 6 inches shorter than you and weigh 98 lbs and I am definitely not fat.

You are skinny and chances are, your brothers and sisters are only making fun of you so that they can hide their own insecurities. They are worried you will judge them on their appearances, so they make fun of yours.

Your weight is actual average for my height, and I am only 5'0". So you are definitely skinny.

The important thing is for you to understand that the only reason people make fun of and insult other people is because they aren't secure themselves. They feel like they need to judge you before you judge them. A lot of times, girls that are overweight call me a "skinny *****" and names like that but I know that it's just because they are jealous and they are afraid I will make fun of them for being overweight (which I wouldn't do). I don't let these things get to me because I know they only say those things because they are insecure and are trying to hide it. That is what you need to do, remember that they just aren't confident in themselves and that is the only reason they make fun of you.

Also, a lot of times people will call skinny people fat because they think the skinny people don't mind since they know they aren't fat. My friends do that to me and we just laugh because I know it's not true. You should try explaining to them that you know you are not fat and you would appreciate it if they didn't say those things because it obviously really bothers you. If they care about you, they will understand and they will stop.

Lastly, you are far too young to be preoccupied with your weight. You sound perfectly healthy and skinny to me. Confidence is somethings important to have and don't let anyone take that away from you!
