Normal LEDs, light emitting diodes, pose no danger to humans more than neon lights, they consume very tiny voltage 0.15 ~ 3.5V.
Only infra emitting diodes used mostly in remote controls in households cause damage to our eyes if pointed directly to our eyes. Take care.
