yes by all means take him with but first rent a porta-potty to tow behind your car,and put him in it so he can wizz when he has too. do not let him into your car under no means. tell him he will have to sit on the pot all of the way there, and stay in the potty at the birthday party. cut a hole into the door so he can look out of the potty and put a lock on the outside of it so he can't get out to lay on someones bed so he can wizz that up.

If he has a condition like that,he's sick. This is problem the last time he will be able to have this kind of "adventure". If this is true, yes, take him. My mom is like this. She uses those,Adult Diaper's,all the time. Her and my dad travel all over the country.Really, think about giving this cool gift to someone that Love's,and needs you. If I had the chance...I would!!

At your local drug store, there are items for sale, that you can get for incontinence. Some places even have, or can order for you, waterproof pads to sit on. Also you may wish to keep a portable urinal handy.
I would say go ahead and take him, but be prepared.

You can suggest he wear a depend for the duration of the trip just in case of accidents.

Yes, you should take him. It's not like he wets himself on purpose. Just have some rules for example no drinking in the car, stop every hour to let him pee, etc.
