but he is of a different race, and my father's side of the family is racist..IM NOT!!!!!...father still thinks of me as a 7 year old, even in dating N E ONE, so he, and my family will go bananas...and this guy is also 18, and im under legal age..now im going to live with him, and he will precide over my dating life...should i go against his beliefs to follow my own?

wait until you're 18, that way your parents *really* can't force you to do anything. but you should respect them without making them feel foolish (even though they're wrong). just hang in there and things will work themselves out eventually!

follow your beliefs, you're 100% right and racism is never a good thing. He's just going to have to realize sooner or later than he's going to have to choose his daughter or his bigotry bullshit. I hope he chooses well.
