Use the phrase "Do you like to party?" and build up some more friends that "Like to party" once you have party friends they'll be able to help you out.
Then after they help you out for a while get to know there "friends" then you can get it yourself. How long have you been at this man.

Every city has a park and every park has at least one dude selling pot. He's probably over by the gazebo, or the squirrel tree (every park also has a squirrel tree).

when u are in a store and someones infront of u buying blunts,whiteboys,etc...be cool about it and say " mmmmm whatcha know about that?" -- if u say it cool and jokey like they may turn u on to what they have or know.
